A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AREA OF APPLICATION
1.1. These terms and conditions of Leens Jan Ondra / ONDURA (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts, a consumer or trader (the "Client") and the seller conclude, which deal goods and / or services represented in this online store. The conditions of the customer will be excluded, unless it is agreed otherwise.
1.2. In this Terms, consumers include any natural person who take part into a transaction for a purpose that can be aimed neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity. A contractor shall mean any natural or legal person or a legal partnership that in concluding a contract as part of their own business or commercial activity.
2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1. The online shop of the seller product contained do not constitute binding offers by the seller, but are intended to submit a binding offer by the customer.
2.2. The customer can place an order per telephone, per mail, by email or via form integrated in the online shop of the seller. When placing an order via the online order form, the customer is to enter his or her personal data and click the button "order" in the final step of the ordering process, and this concludes a legally binding contract regarding to the goods in the cart.
2.3. The seller can confirm the order by a written (letter) or electronically transmitted (email) or by delivery of the goods within five days. The seller is entitled to refuse to accept the order.
2.4. The order processing will be usually communicated via email and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that his or her e-mail address for order processing is correct, so the information from the seller sent by e-mails can be received. In particular, the customer has to ensure in the use of spam filters, that all the mails from the vendor or from third parties responsible for order processing can be sent.
3. GRANT OF RIGHT TO RETURN
Private customer are granted an unrestricted right of return. Details of the right of return can be found in the return policyof the seller.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. The prices quoted by the Seller are final prices and include the legal German VAT. Where applicable, the additional delivery and shipping costs are displayed in the product description.
4.2. For deliveries within Germany the seller offers following payment options, if not provided otherwise in the product description:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal's payment service
4.3. For deliveries abroad the seller offers following payment options, if not provided otherwise in the product description:
- Advance payment by bank transfer (The bank of costumers choice may charge extra fees for the international money transfer. )
- Payment via PayPal's payment service
4.4. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union in certain cases can incur other costs, which the seller is not responsible for and must be paid by the customer. These include, for example, costs of money transfer by credit institutions (eg bank charges, exchange fees) or legal import duties or taxes (eg. customs).
4.5. If the prepayment is agreed, payment is due upon signing the contract.
5. SHIPPING CONDITION
5.1. The delivery of goods is carried out regularly on the shipping routes and to the customer's delivery address. During completion of the transaction specified in the Order of the vendor delivery address is relevant. However: if you select the PayPal payment by the customer at the time of payment at PayPal deposited delivery address is relevant.
5.2. If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller, when delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the cost of the failed delivery.

3. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The conclusion of the contract shall be governed by paragraph 2 of the terms and conditions of the seller (see above).
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment shall be made in accordance with Paragraph 4, the delivery in accordance with paragraph 5 of the terms and conditions of the seller (see above).
5. INFORMATION ON TECHNICAL STEPS WHICH LEAD TO THE CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is concluded by offer and acceptance.
5.1. If the customer uses the seller's online order form for his order, he place his order as follows:
5.1.1. On the website of the seller offering its goods, the customer clicks as the first step on the "order" button. It then opens a new page that displays the contents of the basket.
5.1.2. Now, the customer clicks on the "checkout" button as the second step directly or after putting more goods in the virtual shopping cart. 5.1.3. The customer clicks as the third step on the "Next" button directly or after editing or adding addresses.

5.1.6. In the sixth step, the customer clicks the box "I agree to the Terms of Service.".
5.1.7. In the seventh step, the customer clicks on the button "Confirm order".
5.2. The acceptance by the seller shall be governed by Section 2.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the seller (see above).
6. STORING OF THE AGREEMENT TEXT
The contract will be filed by the seller and sent to the customer as text (eg e-mail, fax or letter) to the customer after his or her order. In addition, the contract text will be archived on the seller's website and can be viewed by customers on his or her password-protected account, by entering the login information.
7. ABOUT TECHNICAL DIVICES FOR RECOGNIZING AND CORRECTING ERRORS
